Responsive Design in Action

This redesign project^[*] combined UX design and custom backend development.

Responsive design features were added (using HTML5 and media queries), along with microformats and WAI-ARIA, according to W3C standards-compliance and WAI AA-level recommendations.

[* = Note: The site was launched in 2002, and initially converted from XHTML strict to HTML5 and responsive design around 2009/2010.]
